Since its establishment, the company has actively obtained the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, strengthened the training of all staff, instilled quality awareness, established strict quality standards, and ensured that every link of production and operation is effectively implemented.
Part of the company's products are used in automotive electronics, so we also apply for IATF16949:2016 quality management system review, learn and implement the requirements of TS system, and successfully obtain IATF16949 certification, which is in line with the standards of the automotive industry.
The company introduced and implemented the advanced ERP system of the United States for management, and strictly screened and evaluated raw material suppliers to ensure the excellent quality of raw materials. The quality department took incoming material inspection, intermediate inspection, product inspection, and shipment inspection layers to control the outflow of defective products, and ensured that the performance indicators of all outgoing products were within the qualified range to strive for zero customer complaints.
The company has all kinds of testing equipment, in order to ensure the testing accuracy, purchased TMA, DSC, automatic hydrometer, rotary viscometer, powder whiteness meter, rheometer, laser particle size distribution meter and other imported testing equipment.
